About Our Team

Nancy Stango has 18 years of professional experience including many years in the global communications industry developing software products for AT&T and Lucent. She played key leadership roles in the creation of advanced software products, systems architectural planning and managed high profile network systems testing.

Inspired by the plethora of creative and user-friendly Drupal web applications, Nancy built her own firm to help growing companies expand and improve their internet marketing opportunities. "Today's economy has opened the door for companies to change direction, regroup and even expand," Nancy says. "Blink helps companies update and rebrand their internet strategies by using Drupal modules to create polished and appealing messages."

Nancy earned an MS in Computer Science. She is married with two children. She loves to cook, travel and spend time enjoying her family... without a computer in sight. ;-)

Leonid is the consummate IT guru and leads the Blink web development team. He specializes in customizing the latest and most complex Drupal applications.

His areas of expertise include Website Development: advanced PHP and MySQL, advanced Drupal development, JavaScript, Ajax, CSS; System Administration: Linux/Windows servers, Nginx/Apache/IIS web servers, advanced web farm setup, advanced MySQL setup/tuning; Performance: advanced load testing, database queries analysis, tables and indexes optimization, server monitoring and analysis.

Leonid gets away from it all by hiking and cycling in beautiful areas of the U.S., listening to music and playing with his beloved cat.

Victor is a senior project manager at Blink Reaction. His skills encompass key attributes which reflect the true values of our company. First and foremost, he is a strong and respected manager of complex and time sensitive projects. He is a highly experienced developer, certainly, but he also takes a fresh, innovative approach to each phase of a project. Working directly with clients, Victor is well known for delivering far beyond what our customers expect. He takes the phrase, ’going the extra mile’, to a whole new level.

His areas of expertise include PHP, Java HTML, CSS, JS, Ajax programming languages; Drupal and CMS Made Simple platforms; Magento, osCommerce, MySQL, Oracle 9i, 10g web development systems.

Victor is a true outdoorsman who enjoys caving and scuba diving.

James has a professional background in advertising and specializes in developing and implementing innovative web-based marketing solutions. While his professional specialty is web development, James also has a well-rounded technology background. He offers extensive project management expertise and specializes in delivering cost effective solutions to even the most complicated client challenges.

James’ areas of web development expertise include PHP/MySQL Development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, LAMP and Windows Administration. He also maintains extensive experience working with major content management platforms including Drupal and CMS Made Simple.

Outside the office, James enjoys playing and listening to music, a good chess game, and trying to stay on the fairway at the golf course.

Daria is an advanced Drupal web developer with experience in site implementation. She coordinates with colleagues and clients to create websites that surpass Blink clients' expectations. Her areas of expertise include Drupal, PHP/MySQL, Ajax, JavaScript, jQuery and HTML/CSS 2.0.

Daria likes to mountain climb and walk along the Jersey shore beaches during the summer. Her favorite music is Nightwish, Within Temptation and Lily Allen.

Education: MS, Computer Science (CS)

Olesya tests client websites ensuring they achieve the WYWIWYG effect (what you wish is what you get). She also collects bugs and shares her collection with other Blink developers.

Her areas of expertise include website testing, web design and speaking fluent ‘developerish.’

Olesya enjoys exploration and adventures, mostly by means of kayaking and hiking. She manages an amateur theater, helps organize concerts in the Princeton, NJ area, and donates her time creating and maintaining community service websites.

Education: BFA, Communications Design

Debra is a professional graphic designer specializing in web design, graphic design and trade show exhibit design. She also creates custom logos and signage.

Married and mother to three young children, Debra strongly supports animal protection/welfare and is a member of the Humane Society US and the ASPCA. Her favorite hobbies include photography and eBay.

Education: MS, Computer Information Science (CIS)

Alex has been involved in key web projects using Drupal, osCommerce, Magento, etc. He is involved in the creation of new sites as well as supporting launched applications. His specialties include creating templates, custom functionality, graphics, content management and supporting other colleagues' projects. His technical skills include HTML/DHTML/XHTML, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, jQuery, Prototype, osCommerce, Drupal and Magento.

In his free time, Alex enjoys picnics, cooking and fishing.
